Who we are
- Survival Command (survivalcommand.site) is a disaster preparedness, alert and relief app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details: your name and email when you sign in.
- Things you give us: family plans, emergency contacts, family tracker entries, documents in your Document Vault, help or aid requests, prayer requests, community posts, suggestions and uploaded photos or videos.
- Location: only when you allow it, to show dangers, alerts and routes near you.
- Payments: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage: basic, anonymous activity (such as pages viewed and which gear links were clicked) to improve the app.
How we use it
- To run the app: send alerts, show nearby hazards, save your plans and deliver features you asked for.
- To review relief requests: submissions may be checked by automated AI tools and by our staff to prevent fraud.
- To process memberships and donations, and to send receipts or account messages.
- To keep the app safe, including moderating community posts.
Who we share it with
- We do not sell your personal information.
- Service providers that help run the app (hosting, payments by Stripe, email delivery, AI processing), only as needed to provide their service.
- Relief and repair partners, only when you or your household have given consent for your case to be shared.
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect someone's safety.
Cookies and tracking
- Google Analytics: counts visits and page views so we can see which pages help people. It does not tell us who you are.
- Google Ads conversion measurement: records when someone signs up, starts a checkout, or completes a purchase, subscription or donation, so we know whether our ads work. It sends the amount and a transaction reference, never your card details.
- Affiliate click logging: when you tap a gear link we record the click anonymously to see which products are useful.
- Payment card data is entered on Stripe's secure checkout and never touches this app.
- Visitors in the UK, EEA and Switzerland are shown a tracking notice first; ad and analytics storage stays off unless you accept.
- You can opt out any time: block or clear cookies in your browser, use Google's ad settings, or turn off ad personalization in your phone's settings.
Affiliate links
- As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. When you click a gear link you leave our app and Amazon's privacy policy applies. We record the click anonymously, not who you are.
Your private documents
- Files in your Document Vault are stored privately and are visible only to you. Your family plan and family tracker are visible only to your account.
Your choices
- You can view, edit or delete what you have saved at any time inside the app.
- You can delete your account from your account menu, which removes your personal data except records we must keep by law (such as payment records).
- You can turn off location access in your browser or device settings at any time.
Children
- Survival Command is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Parents may enter details about their children in a family plan, which stays private to the parent's account.

- We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
