Survival Command Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Survival Command, which operates this app. By using the app you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Survival Command provides general educational information about disaster preparedness, live threat and alert feeds, survival guides, relief and assistance directories, community boards and faith resources.

It is not an emergency service and does not replace 911, official evacuation orders, or advice from a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser or other qualified professional.

Do not post anything false, fraudulent, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or that invades someone's privacy. Do not submit fake proof or impersonate another person or organization.

Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or misuse the app or its payment and relief systems. We may remove content, refuse requests and suspend accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of anything you post — stories, photos, videos, prayer requests, listings and comments.

By posting, you give Survival Command a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and share that content inside the app for the purpose it was posted, and you confirm you have the right to post it, including permission from anyone shown or named.

We may review, edit for safety, or remove any content at our discretion. Anyone named in a listing, or who owns content shown here, can ask for it to be removed using the Request Removal button on that page.

Relief requests, uploaded proof and community posts may be checked by automated AI tools to detect fraud, manipulated images and unsafe content. Automated results are advisory: a person on our review team makes the final decision.

Many threat feeds, forecasts and summaries in the app are generated by AI from public sources and may contain errors. Always confirm with official sources.

Premium Alerts ($4.99 per month) and Market Intel ($29 per month) are monthly subscriptions. They renew automatically each month at the price shown until you cancel.

You can cancel any time from Manage Subscription on the Premium page. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period already paid.

Survival Pro Lifetime ($79) is a single one-time charge with no renewal. Market Intel is not included in Lifetime.

All payments are non-refundable once access begins, including the first month of a subscription, renewals, and the Lifetime purchase, except where the law requires otherwise.

If you believe you were charged in error, use Request Removal / Dispute on the Premium page and our team will review it.

Donations made through this app are received by Survival Command and directed to disaster relief. Survival Command is not a registered charity.

Donations are gifts and are not tax-deductible. No charitable tax receipt is issued. Donations are non-refundable once processed.

Fundraisers on the Fundraisers board are submitted by users and are not verified or endorsed by Survival Command. Money given through an external link (such as GoFundMe) goes to that platform under its own terms, not to us.

The app links to outside services and stores. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or policies. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

The app and everything in it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that alerts, feeds or information are accurate, complete, timely or available.

Nothing in the app is medical, legal, financial or investment advice. Market Intel signals are informational only, not a recommendation to buy or sell anything; past results do not predict future results and you can lose money.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Survival Command and its operators, contributors and partners are not liable for any injury, death, loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Survival Command is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms. When we do, we change the effective date above. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated Terms.

Legal notices, removal requests and payment disputes: use the Request Removal button on the relevant page, or the Suggestion Box in the app. Every request is read by a person.
