Transparency & Anti-Fraud Charter
This is our pledge to the American people. Survival Command exists to get help to disaster survivors — FEMA benefits, grants, donations, housing, food, and rebuilding — and to make sure every dollar goes where it's supposed to go.We built this app so that fraud is not just discouraged — it's structurally difficult. Every donation, every relief case, and every dollar is visible, traceable, and accountable. We reject the same traps that caught congressmen and senators who traded their office for money. We will not be one of them.
Our Pledge
- Money goes to the people. Donations and relief funds are routed to verified disaster survivors and the vendors serving them — not to administrators, not to elections, not to personal accounts.
- Everything is public. Every donation in and every relief dollar out is published on a public board. The public can audit us at any time.
- No donations-for-favors. A donation buys gratitude and nothing else. No donor gets access, policy influence, a board seat, or preferential treatment — ever.
- Consent is required, never assumed. We never publish a family's story or send their details to a partner without their explicit, recorded, named consent.
- AI fraud screening on every case. Every aid request is screened for fraud before it's verified or published. AI is advisory — a human makes the final call.
- Names on every action. Every case publication and every consent recording carries the name of the staff member who did it. Accountability, not anonymity.
- We reject fraud in any form. Skimming, self-dealing, vote-selling, relief money for campaigns — none of it. If we ever fall short, we want the public to catch it and report it.
How Money Actually Moves
Donations
Donations are processed through Stripe (a PCI-compliant payment processor). The money goes to the platform's relief operations — never to an admin's personal account. Every donation is published on the public Donation Board with the amount, date, and purpose. Donors get a receipt. No donation buys access, a favor, or a policy position.
FEMA & Grant Benefits
We help families apply for FEMA, state, and nonprofit grants — we do not receive or hold that money. Grant and FEMA funds flow directly from the agency to the family or the verified vendor doing the work. We route and advocate; we do not touch the check. We will never use relief or grant money for elections, campaigning, or personal political gain — the kind of thing that ended careers and put people in federal court.
Relief Funds (Direct Help)
When a donor gives to a specific verified family, the funds are routed to that family or the vendor serving them — not to a general admin fund. Every case is published on the public relief boards with the family's consent. A family's PayPal link sends money directly to them — it never passes through Survival Command.

Public Donation Board
Every donation is published on a public board — amount, date, purpose. The public can see every dollar in and where it went. No hidden accounts.
Public Relief Boards
Every verified family case is published with their consent — their needs, their story, and the help routed to them. Donors see exactly who they're helping.
AI Fraud Screening on Every Case
Every aid, relocation, and help request is run through AI fraud detection before it's verified or published. Suspicious cases are flagged, not fast-tracked.
Consent Required — Never Defaulted
A family's details are never sent to a contractor or partner without their explicit, recorded consent. A bare 'yes' is not consent to everything — we record what they agreed to share.
Submission Tokens & Accountability
Every case has a single-use submission token. Every publication has a named reviewer (published_by) and every consent has a named recorder (consent_recorded_by). Names on every action.
Shame Board for Broken Pledges
If a donor pledges a car, furniture, or money and doesn't deliver, it goes on a public Shame Board. No silent broken promises.
Funds Route to Families — Not Admins
Relief funds and grants are routed directly to the families and the verified vendors serving them. Admins do not handle, hold, or skim relief money.
No Donations-for-Favors
A donation buys gratitude, never access, policy, or a spot on a board. Every donor — $5 or $50,000 — gets the same treatment.
What We Reject — Explicitly
- No skimming off the top of donations or relief funds.
- No routing relief money to admin pockets, family, or friends.
- No donations-for-favors — no access, policy, or preferential treatment for any donor.
- No using FEMA, grant, or relief money for elections, campaigning, or personal political gain.
- No self-dealing — admins cannot award contracts or relief to themselves or their businesses.
- No publishing a family's case without their explicit, recorded consent.
- No sending a family's details to a contractor without their consent and a named staff member accountable for it.
- No hiding donations — every dollar in and out is on a public board.
- No silent broken pledges — unfulfilled donor promises go on the public Shame Board.
- No 'all-clear' on a fraud case without human review — AI triage is advisory, never the final word.
Report Suspected Fraud — Including Ours
If you suspect fraud anywhere in this app — a fake aid case, a broken pledge, a donation that didn't reach a family, or anything that looks like self-dealing by an admin — report it. To us, and to the authorities. We would rather be investigated and cleared than trusted and crooked.
